Here's a radar loop starting at 1:55pm this afternoon and ends of 6:08pm. You can see the activity starting in Eastern KS and was heading to the East-Southeast. When the complex got into Southwest MO it started intensifying and began "turning to the right". This is a common sign that thunderstorm complexes are getting stronger. Another term we use for this type of thing is "surging". By the end of the loop the complex is seen going due South! The complex was so strong that it created remnant win

Put the radar on a loop back and forth over the last two hours. You can see the surface low in NE Colorado as precipitation blossoms and circulates around it counterclockwise. As the low deepens, it’s pulling the cold front south through Wyoming and Nebrasky.
